Coaching is about change-centered conversation. A coach will listen to you without judgment. You are not told what to do but rather gently guided in discovering what you want to do.

Carmen also injects spirituality in her coaching, which means, over and above, she offers spiritual guidance, concepts and understanding. She does not follow any particular religion or traditional belief. She believes in God and helps her clients discover what 'God' means to them.

She believes that spirituality is the key ingredient to resolving or coming to peace with everyday or ongoing problems.

Carmen Jubinville is a certified life coach committed to connecting, coaching and empowering spirit-minded women who value personal growth and development.

Carmen is passionate about helping, supporting and teaching women how to resolve their everyday or ongoing problems using highly effective spiritual concepts and solutions.

Her passion for personal growth and development began in 1999 when she found herself on her own journey of healing. For the 13 years Carmen immersed herself in books, courses and workshops. She conquered many of her own personal hardships and struggles by working with the guidance of several counsellors and coaches. In 2009, Carmen became a certified life coach through the International Coach Academy.

She believes that the time to heal our lives is 'right now'! Anyone who works with Carmen, knows that she is authentic in sharing her own stories of personal struggle in order to help others conquer their own.

Today, Carmen has organized a monthly meetup group called, Eat, Pray, Love for Spirit-Minded Women, where like-minds gather in-person to strengthen their spirituality, to find spiritual solutions for everyday problems and to create like-minded friendships. There are well over 100 women in this group to date.

In September 2011 & 2012, Carmen was featured in Womanition Magazine, the only women's profile magazine in Canada!
