Do you sometimes put other people on a pedestal? Do you wish you were more?

Have you ever met someone and thought to yourself, "Gee, I wish I could be like that. She's so confident and self-assured. She's so successful...".

STOP!

Every single one of us has a purpose and that purpose is very important! If there is something you truly want for your life, know that it will be yours!

In The Big Life Self-Mastery Program, I wrote, "If your life's purpose is to move a mountain, you'll figure out a way to move a mountain!"

The other night I went to the 2nd annual Fierce Women of the Year awards. As each woman received her award of recognition, it brought up some interesting thoughts and feelings for me.

In the past, I would have admired the women receiving the awards, but I also would have thought an award was impossible for me. But in that moment, I admired the women and I admired myself. I saw that an award was totally possible for me and for every woman who wanted one! I saw that we were all the same even though we had different paths; no path (no purpose) was more important or more special than the other. We were all living our purposes; we were all serving humanity in our own unique way.

You see, we are all needed here; we are all required for the greater good of humanity. A client said to me, "But all I want is to live a quiet life and raise my kids... those are my purposes. How can that be helpful to all of humanity?"

Living our purpose(s), no matter what those are, affects all of humanity! Why? Because when we live a purpose based life, our joy and fulfillment surely impacts everyone around us, thereby impacting the world. We underestimate how important we are; but it's true, we are all very important!

So yes, to my client who wants to live a quiet life and raise her kids, I present to you your award for living your life's purposes!

Henry David Thoreau says, "As a single footstep will not make a path on earth, so a single thought will not a make a pathway in the mind. To make a deep physical path, we walk and walk again. To make a deep mental path, we must think over and over the kind of thoughts we wish to dominate our lives."

If you haven't already, take some time to discover what you want; discover your life's purposes and make a deep mental path by repeating what you want and repeating that you can have it. There is absolutely no question that we become what we think. And yes, it does require action steps, but for now, all that is required is your willingness to explore.

There's a saying that says, "Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the floor each morning the devil says, "Oh Crap, She's up".

You have a purpose! You are important! Don't ever forget it!

Daily Affirmation: Dear _________, help me to discover my purposes and my passions. I want to serve humanity by living my greatest potential. I wish to know, think and feel that who I am and what I do is important. I wish to know, think and feel that I impact the world in a positive way. Today I love my Self, my Body and my Life! Thank you. I love you. And so it is.

Pass this article on to a woman you think needs to hear this today... let's impact the world together!
