Spring is finally here and if you're anything like me you like to re-organize and de-clutter!

Just a few weeks ago I dumped every single toy bin we had in the basement and I sorted and purged over 3 boxes of toys. I did the same thing with the closets in my kid's bedroom. In fact I got rid of 7 bags of clothes between Raylen and Cara! Wow! It felt great!

Then, I proceeded to my office. Doing my taxes and sorting through papers felt so good that I finally decided to make some business image changes that I've been wanting to make for several months now but I was afraid to do it.

changes

Now that I'm done my spring cleaning and I've implemented some important changes in both my personal and professional life, I feel more empowered than ever before! I feel really on purpose and believe me, I've been feeling on purpose for a long time now. But every time I make changes in my life I uplevel my feelings of purposefulness that much more! It's such a great feeling!

So what changes do you want to make in your life? I really believe that this is the only time it's okay for you to think small. The reason I encourage you to think small is because if we try to make too many big changes in our lives all at once, we can end up on the living floor in a fetal position desperately wanting our mommies. LOL! This isn't a good thing.

When it comes to changes, starting small is key. Reflect on your life today and ask yourself what needs some tweaking or changing? Even though it might be a little scary to make changes in your life, the truth is, if you don't make changes every now and again, you'll get bored and your life will feel stagnant. I think we can all agree that we can't Live Great if we're bored or stagnant right?

So remember this: Change is always about baby steps. It's the smallest tweaks and changes that make the biggest difference in our lives. Even if your life requires an overhaul, it has to happen in small stages.

Yes my friends, when it comes to change, you can start by thinking small.

This week's challenge: Choose one thing in two different areas of your life that you will tweak or change. Write down on a piece of paper what needs changing and create an action list to support you.
