I was at a time in my life when I felt overwhelmed with sadness and I felt I was not in control of my life or my happiness. I saw Carmen’s advertisement on a website and I thought it couldn’t hurt to meet with her once and see what would happen. The first few minutes of our first visit, we had an immediate connection. She taught me how to take a different perspective on my life and my “burdens” and they became my blessings instead. I was at a crossroads and she helped me take the right direction. Her faith, understanding and knowledge guided me to a happier place and made me realize how lucky and strong I was. The most important message I have learned from her is to find peace within myself which has set me free! I want you to know that I've had several 'miracles' in the last few weeks, and I'm feeling like a million dollars....of course, still ups and downs, but praying, meditating, and putting into practice so many of the things you've taught me so far has been really amazing and has made a real impact on my everyday. I have had the pleasure of working with Carmen Jubinville for the past few months. I am currently enrolled in Body Love Journey, have participated in one-on-one sessions with her, participated in Eat-Pray-Love and participated in various miscellaneous sessions Carmen has held.

Carmen is warm, caring and her life experience in collaboration with her life coach experience has truly blessed me in so many ways. I have learned the importance of feeling the fear and doing it anyways. Carmen is a wonderful advocate for the empowerment of women, and she shares part of who she is with each session we are together, making the experience one of authenticity.

Anyone who is blessed enough to work with Carmen, will see the difference in their world, find that everything they need is within themselves and learn how to access this power. Your experience can only be a win-win.

It is with pleasure that I offer this letter of reference for Carmen Jubinville in support of her work as a personal life coach. I met Carmen in December 2012 when I attended one of her open group programs, “Eat, Pray, Love.” After viewing her website and reading some of her personal writings, I decided to try life coaching to help me deal with a few personal issues and decisions.

After my first session with Carmen I knew I had made a great choice. Carmen is very empathetic and easy to connect with on a personal level. She is authentic and professional in regard to her methods and assistance she can provide to a client. Life coaching is very different from therapy, and Carmen is clear on these boundaries. That being said, after one session, she gave me a new strategy on how to look at problems, something that I had never been able to find after many years of therapy.

Carmen made a difference in my life. Through her guidance and support I am finding productive ways to deal with internal struggles that have haunted me for many years. I continue to meet privately and participate in a small group for coaching. Carmen’s approach is not an easy fix; its lots of hard work and self discovery.

My personal evaluation of life coaching is if it’s easy it isn’t going to work or you have the wrong coach. If you chose Carmen to assist with your journey, be prepared to work hard and be prepared for success.

My life was good, not awesome just good. I am a mother and a wife and I was taught that is all you need. Take care of the kids and husband that is a woman's role. Never put your own needs first as that was selfish. Don't get me wrong I love my family more then anything. Since I turned 30 I started wondering who I was... Besides and mother and wife. Who was I spiritually? I felt depressed and lost by 34.

My friend told me she had gone to see Carmen and started a life changing course. I decided to go to a workshop Carmen was having and it changed my life forever!!

I signed up for the Love Your Life program. I started to discover exactly what I wanted. As I worked through the binder it all started falling into place. I felt so positive about my journey. I hit a few bumps in the road. Carmen called me and said "Tammie come see me we need some face time". After our session I felt at peace and back on the right road. Like all things in life it takes time. I had to start practicing some extreme self-care. Which was really hard for me, but I started and after awhile it felt great.

My husband started noticing how much more positive I was, also how much more respect I showed him. All these years when he said I was bossing him around, I really was. I was not asking I was telling. He started picking up on my behavioral changes and he too started to change things. I realized I was sharing my Truths with my husband. If I don't tell him I appreciate him how will he ever know it? It was the same for him. Carmen helped me by teaching about the NEEDS list. Who knew something like a Needs list would change our lives that much.

My spiritual side is filling up since I shut off my mind and open my heart. Goals and Dreams started to fall into place. I am a opening book just soaking up information.

Working with Carmen did more for me, than any of the years of counseling I have taken. Nobody ever said HEY YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR LIFE. Thanks Carmen for being the amazing, loving beautiful soul filled person you are. I will be forever grateful that God & the Universe brought you on my path.

I came to Carmen months ago in hopes of having somebody to help 'fix' me. I was not sure what kind of help I wanted or expected, but I needed someone to help me overcome the plateau I had been on for so long. Carmen brought sweet kindness, gratitude, groundedness and a fresh perspective into my internal exploration. Carmen holds incredibly safe and sacred space and has a special gift of seeing through the layered veils of one's stories and gently exploring from a place of strength and love. She has brought clarity, deep appreciation, and useful techniques into my life, and I am full of gratitude for the way she serves. I now see, feel, hear and appreciate my own Self differently, in a much more loving, graceful and gentle way. Carmen's skillful support has been a true blessing in my life experience.

During and after going through the 'Love Your Life' program, I am now able to see, think and feel more clearly about myself. This journey has helped me tremendously while going through a healing process in my life.

I have learned not to get upset about things so quickly and it is rare now for me to get upset. :) I am the only person I have control of in this world and I am the only one that controls my reactions to situations in my life. I choose my actions.

I really enjoy how Carmen has the ability to ask the questions in such a way that helps us dig deep down inside of ourselves. I am learning to love and accept myself everyday. I am learning that I don't need to be 'skinny' in order for people to accept and love me; I simply just need to be the person God created me to be and know that people love and accept me for me.

I want to thank God for bringing Carmen into my life. Carmen is very passionate about what she does and shows compassion towards others. Thanks to Carmen, I am on my journey to creating the life I am born to live! Sherri Miller
